One of the things I love about traveling is finding the little surprises that inspire. When husband and I had lunch in our favorite Atlanta hotel last week, I was thrilled to see this lovely way to serve veggies or bread sticks.
Isn't it beautiful? And yet so simple.
This is a budget friendly entertaining idea since you could probably work with existing pieces in your own kitchen. Just use three interesting containers that are proportionate to one another. You could even dress it up by using silver as your grouping of containers. Wouldn't that be pretty?
The practical and lovely positioning of the silver tongs really help make it extra special. I'm not much into carrots, but I loved the presentation so much that I enjoyed a few of these crispy delights with some hummus [a yummy favorite] that was in a bowl next to the grouping.
What a great idea for a ladies luncheon, baby shower, bridal shower, or a fun way to serve fresh veggies to your family one night. I may try it out with the offspring.
Can you imagine presenting crudité in this way for your husband or boyfriend's Superbowl party? You could top it off by serving the beer on a silver platter next to monogrammed napkins. It would be hilarious to watch the reaction.
Any way you use this idea, it's sure to be a hit!
