It's officially the first weekday of summer over here in our beach town. How I would love to be all dolled-up and relaxing like these two divas. Do they look high maintenance? Don't be fooled. They are not. But this is:
The offspring are all home and ready for 'round the clock entertainment and meals. I've unexpectedly lost my rockstar babysitter for the summer [eeeeeek] and will be scrambling to bring order to my life while also preparing for some excitement in a few weeks [more on that later]. Did I tell you I've been working on a project since the week before Easter? You'll see what it's all about very soon. It's something I've never done before. So forgive my brief absence while I try to figure out how to juggle four offspring, work deadlines and a traveling husband but I'll be back very soon.
