This cake rocks.
Many of us will find ourselves baking this holiday season. Confession #475: I'm not the best baker. At this stage in my life I don't really have much interest in learning how to master the whole baking thing. Yes, I feel total mom guilt about this. When I look at this cake and picture the outcome if I made it [which isn't pretty] I get a little scared. But I can certainly appreciate its loveliness and share the recipe with you.
